These aren't the greatest pictures, as I took them myself (trying to get a picture of the back of your own arm is not easy, lol!), but you can get the general idea.
Here is the underside of my tattoo (triple moon and a seashell):

The outside has a locket with a ribbon, containing the names of my kids (you can also partially see the Goddess symbol here):

The backside of my arm has a cut apple, showing the natural 5 pointed star:

Here is a somewhat better picture of the Goddess symbol:
It's hard to see in a picture, but the Goddess symbol is made to look like old, cracking stone work that is somewhat covered in moss -- like an old stone carving that's been left out in a garden.I'm very happy with my tattoo!
It goes along with this one, on my shoulder:

Next up (I can see my mother cringing at that!) I will be getting a small cartoon lobster over my heart. There was a whole thing on Friends about how lobsters mate for life (not actually true, it turns out). When we were watching it, Bill looked over and said "You're my lobster!". Ever since Bill always signs thing "your lobster". <3
I also want to get something for the God. I haven't decided what yet. Perhaps something as simple as oak or holly leaves.
Anyone else have tattoos? I'd love to see them!

I was waiting for these photos! :) It turned out just great! Loved the delicate lines. I think you have already seen mine, right?
Love the lobster idea too! Very god humour for a lovely symbol.
Kisses!
That little witch one stole my heart! OMG, that could have been me as a young girl. I had that look on my face all the time, LOL.
BEAUTIFUL! I love that you have your spirituality all over you, what a commitment and joy to see. I've often thought of getting a simple crescent tattoo one day.
I've been offline because my husband is on holidays so we haven't been around much and won't be for the next two weeks. Oh it's like heaven! I will be posting but my visits won't be as often for a bit. Hugs!
I love your tattoo. It's an intricate piece of art. I couldn't stop staring at the pics of it. I also loved your little witch.
And as you expressed curiosity about other people's tattoos I posted a little blog about mine. It's absolutely nothing in comparison to yours.
Nydia, I have seen your tattoo, and it's beautiful!
Suzie, the grumpy witch stole my heart because that is so often the look on my daughter's face! I also love that she's holding a spoon, kitchen-witch style :O)
Heather, I just went over and looked at yours! What a great story behind it! It's beautiful!
What beautiful tattoos! The grumpy little witch is indeed adorable. My fiancé and I have been talking about getting tattoos together for a long time but alas, I am such a wuss!
How hard was it to sit still for half a sleeve?
I sat for 2 hours for the outline. It wasn't bad at all. The underneath of the arm was the hardest, as it's the thinnest, most sensitive skin. The color took 3 hours, and again, the underneath was the worst.
It really isn't that bad, though! I think being unable to scratch it, when it's healing and scabbing over is WAY harder!!
I think your tat is gorgeous. Guess I should whip out the camera and take pics of mine. Thanks for stopping by my blog!
Wow, I'm usually kind of repelled by tatoos. They remind me of snake skins or something. But your is beautiful. Truly.
Angela, I'd love to see yours!
Crayons, Thank you! I really put a lot of time into getting it all designed out, so I'm glad people think it's pretty :O)
I LOVE it! I have always wanted to get the Wheel of the Year on my back (still do!)
I have the Triple Goddess with my Zodiac sign (Libra) in the center. It was done when I initiated into my first Coven. It was done by a novice tattoo artist and I am not happy with it, as far as color, it really faded over the years but I love the symbol and meaning behind it.

nice tats..I want to get the goddess one that is on my ask the goddess post..or the answers from the goddess, can't rememeber..it's the one in the middle of the post..
I had a 8ball on my left tittie for about 20something years..but the older i got the longer the boob and the 8 ball started to resemble a tear drop..so covered it over with a dallas cowboy helmet with #40 on it for bill bates..
I love your tattoo, once I get over needles I wanna get a triple moon tattoo also. As of yet I havent been able to. But your tatt is just great!!
Witchy Mama, your tats are beautiful!
Granny, I love that you have a Cowboy's helmet! I am a fan :O)
Erin, the needles aren't all that bad for a tattoo. The outline is the worst, and even then it really depends on where you get it. Some places hurt worse than others. Be warned, though: once you have one, they become kind of addictive!
Very beautiful. I would post my Goddess pent tattoo but I don't know how to.
Here's the Link to Mine
"'You're my lobster!' Ever since Bill always signs thing 'your lobster.'"
Haha I love that episode! Your tattoo is very intricate and pretty...did you design it yourself?
I have a tattoo of a shooting star to represent wishes coming true on the back of my shoulder. I don't know if that would be considered pagan or not. I would like to get something else at some point too.

Fantastic Tattoos!! I've been too chicken to get the tattoo that I want. One day, though. Yay Lobster!! I love that episode of Friends!
Great tattoos! Nice coloring. I have a chow chow tattoo, a man in the moon (from a piece of paper scrap from the 1800's), and my eye liner is permanent cosmetic tattooing. =) How precious your hubby signs "your lobster". Sweet.
