My hubby has been cooking homemade spaghetti sauce all day, and has taken over making dinner. How cool is that? He even broke out a table cloth! It's good to be married to Mr. B.
Then, I found out that Witchy Mama has given me a blog award! Those things never fail to make me smile! Thanks, Witchy Mama! You've helped turn my crappy day around!

Suzie, the sauce was amazing! The trick is to start early, and blanch and peel all your tomatoes. Tomato skins will make your sauce bitter. One of these days, I'll share the whole recipe we've developed over the years.
