Today is the Moon's day. It's the Greek festival of Lênaia, dedicated to Dionysus. It's also a feast day of Hekate. In Celtic traditions, today is the End of Cailleach, indicating the end of winter.
The moon is in Sagittarius and stays that way through Imbolc. This moon phase is the perfect time for connecting with deity, holding rituals, starting traditions and divination (perfect for the sabbat!). It's also a good time for working with publishers and legal matters in general, for learning or teaching or planning for the future.
