any particular reason the deities of Feb are in this post?
@Katie K: Because I was using last month's post as a template to make sure I got all the same info in, and forgot to change that particular title over.
It's been corrected.
Mercury is gonna be retrograde from the 12th on, I'm planning on hiding under my bed until April 5th. Worm moon gets in before the retrograde though, that should be nice.
Did any of the books happen to have any more information on why Hecate is associated with March? I'd be interested in hearing more about this. Blessings!
@WindDancer:
The book that expressed that Hecate was related to the month of March did not explain the connection, but with a little googling, I found:
The end of March/beginning of April are the days of the Khthonoi - when offerings are give to the Chthonic Deities (deities of the underworld).
Hecate is honored by Hellenic practitioners on the last day of every month.
I'm sure some deeper digging would yield more results. =)
